On Sunday, October 19, 2008 American Radiology Services, Inc. (ARS) will participate in the annual Susan G. Komen's Race for the Cure. This participation is an ARS tradition and an important aspect of our organization's culture.

One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime and ARS leads the way in early detection and diagnosis via our state-of-the-art services: Digital Mammography, Breast MRI, Breast Ultrasound and Breast Biopsy.

ARS is proud to be a Pink Ribbon Café Sponsor of this year's race. We support the cause financially through this sponsorship and through the many fundraising activities that ARS employees conduct.

In addition, ARS supports the Race through the participation of our dedicated staff that attends with family and friends. In 2007, the ARS Team was 865 members strong!

Most importantly, American Radiology Services, Inc. is committed to raising the public's awareness of the importance of early detection through Screening Mammography and monthly Breast Self-Exam. Early detection saves lives and ARS remains dedicated to ensuring everyone receives this message.
